Need to register? Start here.

Navigating Care is available via an invitation from your clinic. Search your email for “Navigating Care” and follow the instructions.

I can’t find my email invite:

  1. Go to patient.navigatingcare.com
  2. Scroll down to “Need to register” and click “Start here” to request a new invitation
  3. Search your email for a new invite (don’t forget to check your spam!)
  4. Still no invite? Contact your clinic to confirm your email on file, then ask for a new invitation.

I don’t have an email to give to my clinic:

  1. Contact your clinic to obtain temporary credentials
  2. Go to patient.navigatingcare.com
  3. Scroll down and select “Sign in with a username”
  4. Enter provided login credentials to begin registration
