DT + Pace is the acronym for a chemotherapy regimen used in the treatment of multiple myeloma

D = Dexamethasone

T = Tholidomide

P = Cisplatin or Platinol

A = Adriamycin or doxorubicin

C = Cyclophosphamide

E = Etoposide
