Varied sources in the U.S. claim that it has no real benefit, while others staunchly stand by recommending its continued regular use. All this in the face of the facts that have shown a decline in Pca deaths since the introduction of the PSA test. Coupled with the recent results from the European ERSPC study that confirmed a 31% survival advantage by using the PSA test in a program of regular health maintenance. Why the “pushback” in the U.S.?
